How the Process Works

Recruiters will spend 15-20 minutes doing an initial interview with you on the phone. We’ll also need a copy of your resume for our database.

From there, we’ll call you when we see a potential fit. If you’re interested, we move forward, but if you’re not- no problem, just give us the word and we’ll keep you in mind for the future.

Before we shoot your resume over to a client, we’re going to need to meet with you and verify your experience and ability through reference checks, and sometimes through technical screening tests.

Doing this pre-screening up front gives you an advantage, as many of our clients want to see fully-screened candidates immediately.
