National Recruiting Center

In 2005, Apex Systems decided to supplement our service offerings with a National Recruiting Center located in Richmond, Virginia. The Center has two main segments: a National Delivery (or "Overflow") Team to handle spikes in volume, and a Specialty Recruiting Team for hard-to-find or niche skill sets. The benefits of these programs are industry-best quality, responsiveness, and consistency. In the competitive market for top-shelf talent, those are invaluable qualities.

Meeting High Volume Needs

If a local branch cannot meet client demand on their own, due to volume requirements or hard-to-find skill sets, Apex’s National Recruiting Center steps in. Our National Delivery Team, comprising 25 Recruiters, work in collaboration with the respective branch or branches to ramp up our recruiting capabilities on a local, regional, or national scale. Furthermore, the National Recruiting Center can also meet customer volume demands in remote areas where Apex Systems does not currently have a local office.

A Focus on the Hottest Skills

Our National Recruiting Center is also comprised of a team of Specialty Recruiters who are dedicated to sourcing talent with specific skill sets (i.e., Java, .NET, SAP, etc.) that are in short supply. Each skill set is professionally managed by a Technical Analyst who is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within their niche technology and helps to provide additional understanding of emerging market and industry trends. To ensure Apex Systems provides quality candidates, this person is also responsible for drilling down into client requirements and works directly with our Specialty Recruiters as they screen top-tier candidates for our customers.

Through the NRC, Apex can customize a unique account plan for each customer, and the results are measured by the increase in productivity and efficiency for our customers.
