Joining Apex’s Consulting Services practice in 2012, Ben brings over 20 years of specialized experience in business process optimization, software development and systems integration. He has led complex global technology solutions and operational planning for companies such as Logica, CSC and KPMG Consulting/Bearing Point across the technology, banking, utilities and oil/gas industries.
Ben’s strategic sales experience includes a track record for building key relationships and assembling innovative teams. When helping clients implement new ideas and technologies, Ben goes beyond syncing key resources with organizational needs, focusing on taking client projects to a transformational level of performance.
Bill brings over 20 years of IT consulting services experience to Apex Systems, including technology solutions and business strategy roadmaps, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)/Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations/ upgrades, and systems integration in industries including healthcare, medical manufacturing and utilities. Through his expertise in designing solutions and selling enterprise projects closely aligned with client needs, Bill has developed extensive executive level relationships during his career and has lead high value global technology solution teams for companies such as IBM, BearingPoint, Accenture and Capgemini.
A successful consulting, sales and management professional, Byron joined Apex in 2011 as an 18 year IT consulting services and technology solutions veteran. Most recently he spearheaded professional services and business process improvement within Ricoh Corporation’s global account portfolio. Prior to Ricoh, Byron was instrumental in developing and driving IT Consulting/Professional Service offerings within SBC Communications, Global Crossing and Nortel Networks. Byron’s experience and knowledge includes improving business process via outsourcing/in-sourcing, professional services, ECM/ERP/CRM systems, and working within BPMS, SOA, B2B and EIA marketplace. Byron brings a strong background across industry segments including Banking, Communications, Manufacturing, Retail and Service Provider environments. He is a proven change management catalyst and leader with a history of guiding successful projects across global organizational teams.
Dick is the leader of our Healthcare Consulting practice at Apex. He brings our clients over 30 years of experience in information technology and risk management initiatives within the Healthcare industry.
A former Partner with KPMG LLP’s Advisory Services practice, Dick was the partner-in-charge of the firm’s global Year 2000 practice and led Bearing Point’s (formerly KPMG Consulting) Infrastructure Solutions practice, specializing in the areas of NextGen Networks, World Class Data Center, Service Oriented Architecture, IT Services Management and Business Process Management. For a major healthcare payor, Dick led the implementation, and management of a Program Management Office (PMO) for the three year implementation of their Insurance Claims and Member Enrollment systems.
Throughout his career, Dick has worked with clients in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Commercial and Public Service industries in the areas of IT Strategy and Governance, assisting clients in aligning their strategy, policies, and procedures with their business unit and corporate strategies. He also has a successful track record assisting clients with their IT Performance, Organization, Cost Optimization, Project Management and Quality Assurance initiatives.
Dick is a well-known speaker and has been widely quoted in major print and radio media such as Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CIO Magazine, and Business News Network.
Since joining Apex almost 13 years ago, Jason has supported numerous mid to large size customers in a variety of sales leadership roles for Apex. Jason serves as Executive Vice President with responsibility for our Business Services, Communications, and Consulting Services customers. He has successfully delivered a wide variety of workforce and managed project solutions to numerous Apex customers.
Paul is responsible for the Consulting Services practice for Apex Systems focusing on cross-industry clients across both business and IT service lines. Prior to joining Apex Systems, Paul has an impressive career history as a client engagement and solutions delivery partner/principal with organizations such as Computer Sciences Corporation, KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint and KPMG LLP’s advisory practice. He has a successful 20+ year track record providing client organizations with the guidance, innovative management skills and unique business and technology solutions required to meet their current and future operational needs. He specializes in the full software development life-cycle, large scale billing system deployments, convergence strategies and overall enterprise cost optimization. Paul has also led a number of performance improvement, contract compliance, IT Strategy and test management engagements over the course of his career.
Since joining Apex in 2009, Robin has led the strategy development and implementation of Apex’s Consulting Services offering and leads our Consulting Services practice. Prior to joining Apex, Robin was a 28 year consulting veteran at KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint, most recently serving as the Executive Vice President of BearingPoint's Global Operations, including the role of Chief Risk Officer for the firm. Robin was a senior partner with KPMG Consulting serving clients in many client industries, especially focusing on Energy, Financial Services, High Technology, Manufacturing and Telecommunications. He has successfully delivered a wide array of consulting and systems integration projects, of all sizes during his 30 year career. Robin also was the global managing partner for KPMG Consulting’s Internet and Electronic Commerce Practice and Supply Chain Consulting Practice from 1994 to 2001.
Ted brings to Apex Consulting Services a unique blend of Management Consulting and COO/CIO experience. He has led both consulting engagements and company transformation efforts in financial services, media and supply chain. He specializes in business and IT strategy and alignment, business process reengineering and large program management.
Prior to Apex, Ted worked primarily with Citigroup/Capital Markets in the areas of derivatives and foreign exchange. Also, he was a Principal with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and CSC in New York, where his focus was business strategy and IT strategy development and alignment. He led global and domestic projects with clients, including: JPMorgan, London Stock Exchange, Fannie Mae, Goldman Sachs, Marsh and American General. As a COO/CIO, Ted led several technology product (ecommerce) and consulting companies, including OperationalRisk.com, a Deutsche Bank Venture. As a CIO, he led large IT change initiatives at Matthew Bender Legal Publishing (Times Mirror) and Golden Books (now Random House). He was a Vice President at Bankers Trust New York Corporation where he led internal business transformation efforts and implemented one of the first client server systems and customer call and voice response centers.
