Below you will find some handy information and reminders to help make your experience with Apex a great one. For additional information not found here, please do not hesitate to contact your local Apex representative or CAS (Customer Accounting Specialist).
Payroll
For all of your payroll issues, you need to contact your local CAS (Customer Accounting Specialist). They will be able to assist you and help resolve any questions or issues you may have in regards to your paycheck.
Payroll and benefits management, including your weekly time entry, will be done through MyApex. It is essential that you enter your time diligently, as a timely and accurate paycheck begins with you. We are here to help, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and understand that you play a critical role in making everything run smoothly. All hours and expenses must be entered by 11:59pm every Sunday.
Forgot your password?
Link through to MyApex and select “Forgot Your Password”. You will be required to enter your Apex Contractor ID for validation, as well as the e-mail we have on file and the answer to your “secret question” you set up during registration.
What if I forgot my Contractor ID?
Contact your local branch CAS, or call 866-612-2739.

Tracking or updating your benefits may be done through MyApex.
How will I know when I’m eligible for Apex benefits?
You are eligible to apply for benefits within the first 30 days of employment. Other eligibility requirements may apply.
Where do I send my enrollment forms?
You will fax your enrollment form to 866-688-2739. Please keep your fax confirmation sheet as proof of submission. Your first deduction will appear within two weeks of your enrollment.
After I enroll will I receive an ID card?
Yes, you will receive an ID card in the mail for the coverage you apply for; however it takes up to 30 days to receive the cards.
If I have any questions about my benefits who do I contact?

If I do not enroll in benefits during my first 30 days of employment when will I be eligible to enroll again?
Unless you have a qualified life event you will have to wait for Annual Enrollment.
What is a qualified life event?
A qualified life event is defined as a marriage, divorce, legal separation, domestic partnership status, death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent, change in residence due to an employment transfer for you, your spouse or domestic partner, commencement or termination of adoption proceedings, change in spouse/domestic partner’s benefits or employment status. You have 30 days to apply once you experience a qualified life event.
Benefits Online Enrollment
The Benefitsolver system puts benefit information and enrollment at your fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contract employees can look at their personal benefits record, including current coverage, dependents and costs at any time. Visit the provider website at www.benefitsolver.com.
